BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE BERGAMA CARPET, COLLECTOR RUG
West Anatolia, from a mountainous area south of Bergama inhabited by peoples of Turkoman descent. And in good overall condition. The design is simple Original Bergama classic and can be found on very early weaving from western Anatolia. This beautiful lovely rug has hues of 100% natural dyes. The reds, Ivory, blues and greens are out of this world. The black dyes is slightly oxidized.
