Please contact us first to initiate any return process within 24 hours after the rug is delivered.
We do not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
We will not accept any returns without our authorization. To return an item you first need a Return Authorization Number. Once we authorize you may send the rug back within 3 business days of receipt. All Returns must arrive in the same manner as you have received it.-wrapped in waterproof material. We will refund your full purchase price minus the S&H. Buyer also pays return shipping fees. When returning, please contact us first to get the return address.
If you don't contact us we assume sale is final.
We will not accept any returns after 3 business days of receipt nor any refund will be issued.

We do accept consignment from dealers and privates. Only Antique rugs in very good condition and clean, no repairs, no damages. Email us and send photos.
We also appraise rugs for a fee.

Fine rugs require cleaning maintenance, as well as repairs we are pleased to meet these needs as well. Over time we have developed an expert team of restorers and rug cleaners who can service the requirements of our clients what ever they may be.
